Materials (NOT included):
- Paintbox Cotton DK yarn (50 g / 125 m / 137 yd) in Vanilla Cream 408 (see detailed list on PDF pattern to make Pastel or Bright rainbow shell)
- 3 mm crochet hook
- a pair of 6 mm safety eyes
- black embroidery thread
- toy stuffing
- stitch markers
- tapestry needle
Skill level: intermediate
Size:
9cm / 3 ½” diameter of the shell when made with the indicated or similar yarn
Construction:
All the pieces are worked separately and joined together using the crochet hook. No sewing is required to complete the tortoise (only for the cheeks).
