Materials (NOT included):
- DK weight cotton yarn in black, yellow, pale yellow, pale blue, blue
(yarn used for Zeno is Sirdar Happy Cotton / DMC Happy cotton, 100% cotton, 20g / 43m, in colors: 775, 770, 771, 765, 786) - 3 mm crochet hook
- a pair of 10 mm safety eyes
- acetate sheet (for aviator mask. You can use the lid of a yogurt pot!)
- stitch markers
- toy stuffing
- tapestry needle
Skill level: easy (bumblebee) - intermediate (aviator mask)
Size:
20cm / 8” tall if using suggested or similar yarn
Construction:
The body is worked in one piece starting from the bottom to the top of the head. All the other pieces are worked separately and sewn to the body.
To make this amigurumi it isn’t necessary to use the recommended yarn and crochet hook. Using a larger crochet hook, and a suitable yarn, the amigurumi will be larger preserving the same proportions.
