Materials (NOT included):
- Happy Cotton (100% Cotton, 20g / 43m /47yds)
for the red robin in colors: brown (Cookie 777) x 2 balls, black (Liquorice 775), white (Shower 762), red (Lippy 789)
for the great tit bird in colors: blue (Princess 798), yellow (Buttercup 771), gray (Mooonbeam 757), white (Shower 762) - 2.5 to 3 mm crochet hook
- a pair of 12 mm safety eyes
- pins
- tapestry needle
- sewing needle and thread
- stitch markers
- toy stuffing
Skill level: intermediate
Size:
11.5 cm / 4½ in tall and 15 cm / 6 in long when made with the indicated or similar yarn
Construction:
Head and body are worked in one piece starting from the top of the head. All the other pieces are sewn to the body.
To make this amigurumi it isn’t necessary to use the recommended yarn and crochet hook. Using a larger crochet hook, and a suitable yarn, the amigurumi will be larger preserving the same proportions.
